Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FundingDraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Syphix Limited Company ("Syphix", "we", "us"), located in the DFW Metroplex, Texas. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FundingDraft is an AI-powered grant writing platform that helps nonprofits and small businesses draft, manage, and track grant applications. Features vary by subscription plan.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

FundingDraft offers monthly subscription plans. You will be billed at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you experience a technical issue that prevents use of the Service, contact us at contact@syphixlimitedcompany.com and we will review on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Submit false or misleading information to grant applications via the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

FundingDraft uses AI to assist with grant writing. All AI-generated content is a starting point — you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and submitting any grant applications. We make no guarantee that AI-generated content will result in a successful grant award.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit to FundingDraft. By using the Service, you grant Syphix a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syphix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of FundingDraft. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you via email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
